The Tiny Smiles™ Donut Brush is made of food grade silicone material.
1- Apply toothpaste of your choice
2- Insert the Donut Brush in your mouth, making sure the teeth come between the front and back bristles
3- Move the Donut Brush in a circular motion from left to right and vice versa for 30 seconds to 1 minute
4- Rinse the mouth with water
5- Clean the Donut Brush with water
Cautions:
- Let children use it under adult supervision
- After use, be sure to wash the brush thoroughly with water
- Do not let children bite the bristles to prevent the falling of the bristles

The Tiny Smiles™ Foamy toothpaste is made of safe natural ingredients and contains sorbitol, xylitol, licorice, menthol, PEG-40, castor oil, cetylpyridinium, sodium benzoate, and edible strawberry flavoring menthol.
1- Gently shake the bottle
2- Press/pump 2-3 times on the surface of the toothbrush head or The Donut Brush (both sides)
3- Brush your teeth for 2 minutes
4- Gargle with water and spit
5- Repeat at least twice a day
